Do I need to buy new TVs to use this?

Not at all. Our platform is designed to work with what you already own. If you have a Smart TV with Android, an Amazon Firestick, or any device with a web browser, you are ready to go.


How do I "link" a screen to my account?

It’s simple. Once you open our app or web link on your screen, it will provide a unique code. Enter that code into your central Jer Logistics dashboard, and your screen will be instantly connected to your workspace.

Can I manage screens in different cities?

Yes. As long as the screens are connected to the internet, you can control them from anywhere in the world using our central cloud platform.


How do "Always-On" overlays work?

Inside the dashboard, you can toggle on the Digital Clock, Local Weather, and your Brand Logo. These will remain visible on the screen regardless of which playlist or app is currently running, ensuring your brand and essential info are always front and center.


Can my team help manage the content?

Absolutely. You can add team members to your Workspace. This allows your marketing or operations team to upload media and update schedules without needing to share your primary login credentials.

What is the "Web Link" option?

This is our most flexible feature. If you have a device that doesn’t support apps (like a PC, a Mac, or certain Smart TVs), you can simply point the device's browser to a specific URL we provide. It turns any browser window into a professional digital sign.


When will the "Jer Link Box" be available?

We are currently in the final stages of testing! The Jer Link Box will be a dedicated HDMI device for businesses that want a "set it and forget it" solution with maximum stability. Stay tuned for our official launch announcement.


What happens if my internet goes out?

Most of our apps (Android and Firestick) are designed to cache your primary content. While live data like News or Weather requires a connection to update, your core images and videos will continue to play to ensure your screens never go blank.

Service Agreement Summary

1. Service Delivery

Jer Logistics provides a cloud-based digital signage platform. The service includes access to the management workspace, content apps, and hosting for your uploaded media. The service is provided on a subscription basis and remains active as long as the account is in good standing.

2. Hardware & Connectivity

  • Customer Responsibility: The customer is responsible for providing the display (TV/Monitor) and a stable internet connection (Wi-Fi or Ethernet).

  • Device Compatibility: While our software is compatible with Android, Firestick, and most modern browsers, Jer Logistics is not responsible for the performance of third-party hardware or browser limitations.

  • The Jer Link Box: If purchased, hardware carries a 1-year limited manufacturer's warranty against manufacturing defects.

3. Content & Usage

  • Ownership: You retain all rights to the images, videos, and logos you upload.

  • Compliance: The customer is responsible for ensuring they have the rights to any third-party content displayed (e.g., copyrighted music or videos).

  • Live Feeds: While we provide widgets for BBC, CNN, and Weather, Jer Logistics does not control the editorial content of these third-party RSS feeds or their uptime.

4. Workspace & Team Access

Access to the workspace is determined by your chosen plan. You are responsible for the security of your login credentials and for the actions of any team members added to your workspace.

5. Technical Support & Uptime

  • Uptime: We strive for 99.9% platform availability. Maintenance windows will be communicated in advance.

  • Offline Playback: While our apps support limited caching for offline playback, an active internet connection is required for real-time updates (Weather, News, RSS).

6. Billing & Cancellation

  • Subscriptions are billed [Monthly/Annually] in advance.

  • Cancellation: You may cancel at any time. Service will continue until the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds are provided for purchases.
